East End Community School PTO

The EAST END COMMUNITY SCHOOL PTO -

WE MAKE THINGS BETTER FOR OUR KIDS

(AND WE NEED YOUR HELP).

IF YOU ARE A PARENT OR A CAREGIVER OF A STUDENT ENROLLED AT EECS, PLEASE:

We sponsor field trips, swim lessons, the school library, garden classes, special performances, outdoor clothing for everyone and community events like ice cream parties.

We’d like to do more. The PTO is full of busy parents - just like you.

Join our mailing list to stay up to date and join us when you can.

OUR MISSION is to enhance the educational opportunities at EECS and to encourage community and shared experiences with the families and neighborhoods that surround the school.

AND IS THERE ANYTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU?

DO YOU HAVE NEEDS, REQUESTS OR CONCERNS FOR OUR EECS COMMUNITY?

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR THEM. PLEASE EMAIL US - WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU. THANK YOU.

The East End Community School (EECS) is an elementary school serving approximately 400 pre-K-5th graders. With 22 languages spoken, more than 20 countries represented, and as home to the Governor Baxter School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, EECS proudly represents one the most diverse and inclusive populations in the State of Maine.

EECS is filled with top-notch teachers, enthusiastic administrators, community volunteers, and families all working together to provide our neighborhood students with an excellent education; making sure that each student is ready and able to be future leaders and to do their part to strengthen our community.

Our meetings are the generally on the last Tuesday of each month, from 5:30 - 6:30 on zoom and sometimes in person.

Next PTO meeting: March 26th at 5:30 pm on zoom HERE.
